Located at 70 Hemston Avenue, Portsea, and completed in 2026, this full home renovation in collaboration with Catt Interiors delivers a carefully considered transformation focused on light, comfort, and contemporary coastal living.

The project reworks the existing structure through the complete replacement of windows, with enlarged openings designed to draw in natural light and strengthen the connection between indoor spaces and the surrounding landscape. This intervention dramatically improves the spatial quality of the home, creating a brighter and more open internal environment.

All services were fully upgraded and rerun, ensuring the home meets modern performance standards while providing a seamless foundation for the refined interior outcome. Throughout the residence, custom cabinetry and detailed joinery by Catt Interiors introduce a sense of craftsmanship and cohesion, elevating each space with subtle yet purposeful design gestures.

Extending beyond the home, the addition of a feature swimming pool and a separately located pool house, designed by Mala Design Studio, creates a layered outdoor experience. This detached pavilion offers a dedicated setting for relaxation and entertaining, enhancing the overall lifestyle offering without compromising the integrity of the main residence.
